Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.

When do my credits expire?

Monthly-plan credits are valid for one month. Yearly-plan credits and one-time packs are valid for one year.

Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Use them on their own or on top of an active subscription.

What is the first-purchase bonus?

On your first purchase (a credit pack or the first period of a subscription) you receive an extra 50% of the order’s credits as a bonus. They are added instantly, are valid for 90 days, are not transferable and are granted once per account. Renewals are not included. Abuse (multiple accounts) can void it. If you request a refund of the order, the bonus is void: the refund is calculated only on unused paid credits, and any bonus credits you already used are deducted as if they were paid credits.

How many credits does each result cost?

Improving an image costs 2-3 credits depending on the tool (4 with the Pro image model). A photo-to-video costs from 35 credits (Standard quality, 5 seconds) up to 170 (Pro, 10 seconds). The exact cost is always shown before you confirm.

Question 6

Am I charged if a run fails?

Accepted Answer

If a run fails for technical reasons before producing a result, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. The only exception is prohibited-content requests (sexual content, undressing people, etc.): those attempts are blocked and the credits used are not refunded.

Where do I find my receipts and invoices?

Open Settings → Payments to review your completed orders. When the payment provider issues an invoice, the link appears next to the order.

Can I request a refund?

Paid services are billed in advance. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under the Terms of Service; contact us through Support. When a refund is granted, it is calculated in proportion to the order’s unused paid credits; bonus credits attached to the order are void.
